SAVE Bexar County, TX

Bexar County, TX, USA 952-946-7998

Information

The Bexar County Chapter has been created in memory of beloved Anthony “Pal” Rodriguez. Pal was a happy, 16-year-old who loved playing guitar and hanging out with friends. Pal was his brother’s best friend, his sister’s protector, and his parent’s world. He was the kind of cousin you wish you had and the best friend anyone would be lucky enough to have. With no signals and no signs on May 7th, 2022, our beautiful Pal turned into a beautiful soul.
After the initial shock wore off his parents wanted to create something to keep his memory alive and potentially help even one person. They wanted to help others by educating the community and erasing stigmas against mental health and suicide, especially in young people. While having trouble finding resources and help for their younger children, they wanted to help the youth and teenagers connect with the help they need and deserve.
SAVE Bexar County’s Mission is to help and educate the community, especially youth and teens, about mental health and suicide while also giving them an outlet to find themselves and work through any struggles they may be facing.
