The group meets the first and third weeks of the month on either the Monday or Wednesday of the week. It depends upon activities going on for the members and other community calendar events which one we meet on. We publish the set day/date at least a week prior to the month so that everyone knows. We also gather informally at 5:30pm at one of the local restaurants for dinner for those who want to participate. That too is published a month in advance. The group has been in existence for 7 years, sponsored by The Center for Life Experiences. It is a true support group, being facilitated by a social worker and is not a therapeutic group.
