After experiencing a loss to suicide you may be feeling confused, angry, shocked, guilty or even relieved. All of your feelings are completely normal and you are not alone in your journey. We are here to listen to your story and help you cope and process your loss with others who have shared similar experiences of losing someone to suicide.

This group meets the second Monday of each month at OSF Heart of Mary Medical Center, 1400 W. Park St. Urbana, IL. 61801, from 6:00-7:30pm.
