During this continued pandemic it can be particularly isolating for those who have experienced a close loss. Spending a little time with others who have experienced a similar loss can be therapeutic.
First Nature Foundation'sPASOS (Parents and Spouses of Suicide) meets the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm via Zoom.
