The death of a loved one by suicide presents unique challenges in grieving. There may be more shock, a greater sense of injustice, more guilt and blame, and a heightened sense of helplessness; and all these tend to complicate the healing process for survivors. There is a safe place in our community for survivors (families of loved ones of suicide victims) to share their loss with others who are experiencing similar thoughts and feelings.
