Introduction

Success of a program, policy, or practice can be measured through the use of monitoring and evaluation tools.

Recommendations

1. Periodically measure the progress of new company programs, policies, or practices through process measures. Monitoring progress is a smart way to objectively observe how implementation is going and an opportunity to make course corrections if something is not working as planned.
2. Assess the impact OSA recommendations have had on your organization through outcome evaluation. Use evaluation tools like employee surveys to measure effectiveness of recommendations.
