Choosing an Employee Assistance Program

Introduction

Does your company contract with an Employee Assistance Program? If not, can you articulate why? How does your company provide support to employees during times of personal crisis? These are all important questions you will want to ask and answer in this section of the program. While it’s not required that all companies provide this level of support their employees, it is strongly recommended to provide basic resources to support your employees in the event a serious adversity occurs.
