Join us for a 5K Run/Walk to help spread awareness of suicide prevention and help reduce the stigma of suicide. Emotions In Motion: 5K Run/Walk for Mental Health will be an event for every age group and will revolve around a 5K Fun Run/Walk . This year’s 5K will start and end at Ballard County Preschool. The route is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Come prepared for lots of encouragement and support along the way!
