Emotions In Motion: “Run With the Herd” 5K Run/Walk will take place on Thursday, August 15th, 2019 at Phalen Regional Park in St. Paul, MN. This event is being created out of love and memory of Tim Poferl. Tim was a son, brother, uncle, friend, and runner. He embraced the Bison as his spirit animal, won’t you join the herd and make a difference. Funds raised from this event will be donated to SAVE, Suicide Awareness Voices of Education a Minnesota (Bloomington) based organization.  Please arrive early for registration as the run will begin at 6:30pm

Cost: $100/Family of 4, $40/Adult runner/walker, $25/kids 10-17 years old, Kids under 10 are FREE
