The 6th annual “Run with the Herd” 5K Run/Walk was scheduled for Thursday, August 20th for our usual dose of fun and sharing of critical information to raise awareness and help prevent suicide. But in the interest of safety and health of our supporters, we will raise money for this important cause by seeking direct donations to SAVE.

Suicide and mental health concerns are prevalent in our society, but the stigma around the issues keeps people from talking about it and seeking the help they need. When you break the stigma by sharing information and being open to conversations, it creates a ripple of awareness and education that is likely going to help someone you know and love. Things you can do to help:
