SAVE provides resources centered on suicide prevention and coping with loss. Educational materials and books for adults and youth are available for community programs, religious organizations, schools, health care professionals, businesses and home use. These valuable tools provide an excellent opportunity to build community awareness as well as help those in need.

Best Practice Registry

Several SAVE print resources including, three publications, A Suicide Prevention Guide for Young People, Parents as Partners and Coping with the Loss of A Friend or Loved One, are listed in Section III of the Suicide Prevention Resource Center/American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Best Practices Registry (BPR) for Suicide Prevention. Brochures listed in Section III of the BPR address specific objectives of the National Strategy for Suicide Prevention and their content has been reviewed by a panel of suicide prevention experts for accuracy, safety, likelihood of meeting goals and objectives, and adherence to prevention program guidelines.
